Un luogo strategico per fare innovazione e cultura, con un sistema integrato di ricerca gastronomica (composto da Laboratorio Sensoriale, Cucina e Ristorante Sperimentale) che rende il CIRFOOD DISTRICT un centro di ricerca unico nel suo genere, tra i pochi in Italia e in Europa.

Il 22 ottobre l’inaugurazione a Reggio Emilia, alla presenza di Chiara Nasi, Presidente CIRFOOD, di Stefano Bonaccini, Presidente della Regione Emilia Romagna, di Luca Vecchi, Sindaco di Reggio Emilia, di Paolo De Castro.
