The office building will define the new border of the plan of “Casa Rota”, as the communication interface between company and territory.
The planning concept lies in the search for an effective blending of the new architecture into the context, giving continuity to the surrounding grassy hill.
The hub of the project is a physical and perceptive continuity with the green areas and the large central gallery flooded with natural light and dotted with trees: this green heart, the ideal, inside extension of the landscape, symbolizes nature, the focus of CSAI’s environmental policy.
The assessment of the eco-compatibility of the building was carried out according to Itaca Protocol.
The design extends the vision of sustainability to perceptive and psychological aspects of working places.
